While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that we cannot control the delivery process. If you have any concerns, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

To ensure your gifts arrive before Christmas, please note the following cut-off dates advised by Australia Post and Aramax. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

Note: These dates are guidelines provided by our freight companies and do not guarantee delivery.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $300, excluding sale items, soft surfboards, and package deals. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a minimal shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight of your order.

Click and Collect (free)

If you're on the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, or visiting, you can select Click and Collect at checkout. This service is free and typically takes 1-3 days, depending on stock availability. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed during business hours are usually shipped the same or next day, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, there may be delays in dispatch due to a high volume of orders. 

In the rare circumstances your product has sold out and can not be fulfilled, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Delivery times

• East Coast of Australia: 2-3 business days
• West and North Australia: 7-10 business days

This delivery process is handled by a third party and is not within our control once it leaves our stores. In the rare circumstances the shipping process goes awry we will help out as much as we can. 

Express Post

For faster delivery, choose Express Post at checkout. Rates are calculated based on current carrier prices. Note that Express Post to WA may take 3-4 business days.

For some orders, including all boards over 42 express post may not be an option due to courier size limits

International Customers

International delivery times range from 7-21 working days, depending on your location. We do not charge Australian GST on international orders, effectively giving you a 10% discount. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your destination.

What if you're not home at the time of delivery?

For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature. If you're not home, a calling card will be left for you to collect your package from the local post office.

• Some countries might get you down with taxes or import duty on items entering the country. Because we’re unworldly and don’t know enough as to these fees we do not take responsibility for these charges and cannot estimate as to what they might be.
• It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address specified on the order. We do not accept liability for direct, indirect and or consequential loss or damage, arising due to you (the customer) providing an incorrect address. So make sure you double and triple (even quad if you’re not feeling good) check your details are correct!
• In the very rare circumstances your package goes missing in transit, we are not held responsible. This won't stop us from doing our absolute utmost to assist in the parcels recovery, however missing packages remain the responsibility of the courtier.
